The Chair

I imagine myself inside an old, abandoned building. The sun casts a bright light into an empty, dark room. In the middle stands a solitary chair, while the rest of the space has been completely stripped bare. From time to time, I struggle with feelings of loneliness, and in this work I express those emotions vividly. Sitting on the chair, I gaze out of the window at the harsh outside world while hiding away inside the abandoned building.
